I feel that I should either be more active on DA or delete my account, since it seems like the only activity you guys ever see from me is maybe one pic and one journal entry a year. If DA allowed music submissions I would definitely be more active, seeing as that is the primary art I do.

Well, lots has happened since my last journal, the biggest thing being that I've been to afghanistan and back. I spent 6 months over there. I'm also now moved out of the dorms on base and I'm living in an apartment by myself. I like being alone for a change, this is the first place I can really call my own and its nice to not have to share ANYTHING besides a parking lot. Even when I was living in the dorms on base we had to share a bathroom with our next-door neighbor. Went from a single-room dorm room to a 1,000 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment. Housing in South Dakota is CHEAP and they cut me a pretty good deal for being military.
